Deliver by EMS,TNT,DHL to these countries:United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, New Zealand, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Austria, Brazil, Turkey around 5-7 working days.Other countries about 7-8 business days!

Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or exchange

Non-quality Problems

In 30 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

All products sold through this website are covered by our warranty and return policies. we appreciate your business, and with that in mind we always want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer 14 days warranty on bag after you purchesed your item from our website. Bag can be returned or exchanged ONLY if it is faulty. (i.e. such as scratch、dent、nick,fading )The refund do not include the shipping fee.

If the product was damage result in EMS Shipping Company during the transport process , you can contact with them. The EMS shipping Company will be responsible for this case and charge for the compensation.
After 14 days, we do not accept refund.
Please insure your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.
If the demage was caused by human factor,the return/refund policy will be considered null and void
The product is subject to final inspection for the above conditions before your return is processed.
